Purpose: Lead end-to-end manufacturing of disposable surgical products, focusing on quality, compliance, cost efficiency, productivity, and scaling with business growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Manufacturing & Production: Oversee daily production; optimize manpower, machines, materials; implement lean, Kaizen, 5S; plan capacity expansion.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure ISO compliance; work with QA/QC on batch release, process validation, audit readiness; maintain sterility assurance.
- Supply Chain & Inventory: Coordinate procurement; maintain inventory levels; reduce wastage/rejections/downtime; develop vendors.
- Cost Control & Efficiency: Control unit costs; improve OEE; reduce scrap/rework/energy; monitor budgets.
- Maintenance & Engineering: Oversee preventive/breakdown maintenance; ensure calibration/validation; support automation/new machinery.
- Planning & Coordination: Plan production via sales forecasts; coordinate with sales/marketing.
