Purpose: Drive sales growth, market expansion, and brand positioning via hospital, distributor, institutional, and export channels for sustainable revenue/market share.

Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth: Execute strategies; target hospitals, tenders, distributors; hit sales targets.
  • Channel Development: Appoint/manage distributors; expand to Tier 2/3 cities; manage key accounts.
  • Hospital & Institutional Sales: Build relationships with purchase depts, superintendents, infection control; handle contracts/tenders/trials.
  • Marketing & Brand Building: Position brand; plan doctor programs, launches, promotions; oversee packaging/materials.
  • Pricing & Profitability: Strategies based on costs/competition/margins; control discounts/credit for profitable growth.
  • Forecasting & Coordination: Provide forecasts to ops/finance; coordinate production/dispatch for satisfaction.
  • Regulatory & Product Knowledge: Handle claims/labeling; train teams on features/compliance.
